These type of emails are on the rise. Like the usual modus operandi of email scammers, this mail too impersonates Norton (the security company) and tries to coerce the recipient into clicking on the link and taking action. This seems to be targeted to cPanel users. This phishing mails should be deleted at the earliest.

You are urgently required to sanitize your webhosting account with Norton FTP Scanner; otherwise, your access to webhosting services will be deactivated

Note that failure to sanitize your webhosting account immediately will lead to permanent deactivation without warning.
