Can you whitelist an IP Address which is getting blocked?

Problem:
Newsletter or general mail from a sender is not reaching your inbox.
Sometimes a bounce message maybe returned to the sender, stating that their IP Address is on a blacklist or RBL.

Cause:
If a sender is complaining to you, stating that their newletter or regular mails are bouncing, their mail server may probably be blacklisted as a known spam source.

We cannot unblock specific IP Addresses, since they maybe shared by multiple users and can often be misused.

Solution:
Rectify the actual problem.

You may want to check if the senders IP Address is on a blacklist. Check it here: http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
If it is on a blacklist, then your server is sending our spam. You will need to get the sending server IP blacklisted.

You may also want to check the content of the mail exactly how our mail server sees it. Check the spamminess of the mail with: http://www.mail-tester.com/
