Add a Signature in RoundCube Webmail

To add a custom signature in RoundCube Webmail, you need to follow these steps:
  1. Login to Webmail with your email id and password
  2. Select Roundcube
  3. On the top right click on Settings.
  4. Under the Settings first Column Select Identities.
  5. In the second Column select the Identity for which you are setting the signature (Email Address)
  6. In the Signature field, put in a Signature. If you want to make an HTML Signature, first select the HTML Signature Check box.
  7. Click on the Save button.

To Automatically Add a Signature in RoundCube Webmail:
  1. On the top right click on Settings.
  2. Under the Settings first Column Select Preferences.
  3. In the second Column select Composing Messages.
  4. In the Signature options under "Automatically add signature" select "always"
  5. Click on the Save button.
