All persons using or subscribing to any service have been deemed to have read and accepted the terms of service.
- We have a zero tolerance policy towards SPAM and pornographic material hosted on our web servers that is not in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made there-under in that regard, and any non compliance with the Act, may result in action by the appropriate authorities having jurisdiction.
- Hosting services will be started only on receipt of payment in advance.
- Pricing, Plans, are subject to change without prior notice whatsoever, at the sole discretion of the company and authorities thereof.
- Any dispute will be referred to the authorities having appropriate jurisdiction, at the sole discretion of the company and its representatives.
